You use your card to make three types of transactions:
- Signature-based transactions- photo identification and signature needed.
- PIN-base transactions- 4 digit PIN code needed.
- Online Purchases- verification code (found on back of your card) needed.

How do I activate my card?
To activate your card dial 877-850-9652 and follow the instructions. You will be asked to setup your PIN code when you call.
Is there a limit on how much money I can withdraw?
You can withdraw up to $1,500 in cash per day. There may be a fee for both domestic and international ATM withdrawals. In addition, each individual ATM location may impose an additional surcharge.

Are there any limits to the amount of money I can spend?
Your daily spending limit with your prepaid MasterCard is $2,500 for cash and purchases combined ($1,000 for PIN-based transactions and $1,500 for Signature-based purchase transactions). ATM withdrawals do not count towards your daily spending limit. For example, you can make a total of $2,500 in purchases and up to a $1,500 ATM withdrawal (total $4,000) without exceeding your daily spending limit.

What do I do if I haven't received my card?
Cards can take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. Give us a call if you have not received your card after 3 weeks.
What do I do if my card doesn't work?
First, check your balance to ensure that you have enough money in your prepaid account to cover both your purchase and any fees that may apply. If you have enough money in your prepaid account and it is still not working, call us for further assistance.
What do I do if my card is about to expire?
We'll automatically send you a new card to the address on file 1 month prior to the expiration date. Please login and verify that your address is correct. To update your address, please call us with the new information.
Your card is protected with a PIN code, known only by you. If you share your PIN code with others, they can use your card. You should not write or keep your PIN with your card. If you believe that anyone has gained unauthorized access to your PIN, you should call us immediately. Remember, even if you let someone else use your card and PIN you will still be responsible for all transactions.
A PIN code is a secret four-digit Personal Identification Code that enables access to your prepaid account. You will be prompted to create a PIN code when activating your card.

What happens if I forgot my PIN code?
If you forget your PIN code, give us a call so we can verify your information and reset if for you.

How do I change the name on my card if it is spelled wrong?
If you receive your card and a mistake is made on the spelling of your name, call us and we'll be more than happy to correct the error.
If I change my name, how do I update my information and get a new card?
If you have legally changed your name, please call us and we'll assist you..
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card has been lost or stolen, call us as soon as possible. Select the lost/stolen option and you will be connected to a representative who can assist you.
Is my card account protected against fraud?
Yes. With MasterCard's Zero Liability** protection, you can shop wherever MasterCard debit cards are accepted – risk free! You’re not liable for unauthorized use on your card.
Will I be charged for calling the customer service number?
Your account comes with one free call to an agent every month. After the one free call per month, every additional call to an agent in a given calendar month may result in a $1.50 charge per call to your account. Remember, your account comes with free access to your account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Simply:
